50 minute full body workout on our resistance based customized Pilates workout machine, The CoreFORMER. Expect High Intensity, Low Impact movements that will sculpt your body, get your heart pumping, burn fat and strengthen your muscles. The class will be broken down to equally target and strengthen your Abs, Arms, Obliques and Legs. We always cue to the most intense version of the movement and then modify accordingly to fit all levels. 

/ CoreSTRETCH

Expect 25 minutes of High Intensity, Low Impact obliques, abs and arm movements that you love from your CoreFORMER classes accompanied with 25 minutes of Deep Stretching on the CoreFORMER. We highly recommend taking a CoreFORMER class before attending your first CoreSTRETCH Class.

50 minutes of High Intensity, Low Impact movements targeted specifically to sculpt and tone your arms, abs, and obliques. This class is great for those looking to take a break off their lower body. We highly recommend taking a CoreFORMER class before attending your first CoreAAO Class.

This class offering is our standard 50min CoreFORMER session but instructed by one of newest staff members that is near the end of their training program.
