Expect High-Intensity Training (HIT), Low Impact movements that will sculpt your body, get your heart pumping, burn fat and strengthen your muscles. The reformer Pilates class will be broken down to equally target and strengthen your Abs, Arms, Obliques, and Legs to help build healthy, beautiful, balanced bodies. We always cue to the most intense version of the movement and then modify it accordingly to fit all levels.

Expect 25 minutes of High Intensity Training (HIT), Low Impact obliques, abs, and arm movements that you love from your CoreFORMER classes accompanied by 25 minutes of Deep Stretching on the CoreFORMER. In the CoreAAO course, our Pilates instructors lead 50 minutes of High-Intensity Training (HIT) and Low Impact Movements targeted specifically to sculpt and tone your arms, abs, and obliques. CoreAAO is great for those looking to take a break from their lower body. For real Pilates results, you need a real Pilates class like this one. Interested in our boutique gym's CoreAAO classes? Then we highly recommend taking a CoreFORMER class before attending your first CoreAAO Class.
