50-minute full-body workout on our resistance-based customized Pilates workout machine, The CoreFORMER. Expect High-Intensity Training (HIT), Low Impact movements that will sculpt your body, get your heart pumping, burn fat and strengthen your muscles. This Pilates inspired class will be broken down to equally target and strengthen your Abs, Arms, Obliques, and Legs to help build healthy, strong, balanced bodies. We always cue to the most intense version of the movement and offer modifications for injuries and to fit all fitness levels. We can’t wait to welcome you into the CORE 704 Community. 

/ CORE 101

This class is a perfect choice for brand new members who are looking to get more information about the method, moves, and CoreFORMER machine before jumping into group classes, or for any member that would like to spend some time breaking down some of our foundational moves and form adjustments that might be beneficial as they're getting used to the CoreFORMER workout.  The first 15 minutes of this class will be spent going over the CORE 704 brand/method and the parts of the CoreFORMER machine, as well as discussing various different modifications and form adjustments.  The final 35 minutes of the class will be spent doing many of our foundational moves that you will experience in a typical group class.

/ CoreSTRETCH

Expect 25 minutes of High Intensity Training (HIT), Low Impact obliques, abs, and arm spring based movements that you have come to love at CORE 704 accompanied by 25 minutes of Deep Stretching on the machine. If you are interested in joining our boutique fitness studio's custom CoreSTRETCH class, we highly recommend taking a CoreFORMER class prior to attending your first CoreSTRETCH Class. 

/ CoreAAO

In CORE 704’s CoreAAO class, our trained coaches will lead you through 50 minutes of High-Intensity Training (HIT) and Low Impact Movements targeted specifically to sculpt and tone your arms, abs, and obliques. CoreAAO is a great choice for those looking to take a break from their lower body exercises. Interested in our boutique gym's CoreAAO classes? Then we highly recommend taking a CoreFORMER class before attending your first CoreAAO Class.

This Modern Pilates class offers our standard 50min CoreFORMER session, but is instructed by one of our newer staff members that are nearing the end of their CORE 704 Modern Pilates Coach training program.
