Expect High Intensity, Low Impact movements that will sculpt your body, get your heart pumping, burn fat and strengthen your muscles. The class will be broken down to equally target and strengthen your Abs, Arms, Obliques, and Legs. We always cue to the most intense version of the movement and then modify it accordingly to fit all levels.

Expect 25 minutes of High Intensity, Low Impact obliques, abs, and arm movements that you love from your CoreFORMER classes accompanied by 25 minutes of Deep Stretching on the CoreFORMER. We highly recommend taking a CoreFORMER class before attending your first CoreSTRETCH Class.

50 minutes of High Intensity, Low Impact movements targeted specifically to sculpt and tone your arms, abs, and obliques. This class is great for those looking to take a break from their lower body. We highly recommend taking a CoreFORMER class before attending your first CoreAAO Class.
