What is CoreFormer?
50 minute full body workout on our resistance based customized Pilates workout machine, The CoreFormer. Expect High Intensity, Low Impact movements that will sculpt your body, get your heart pumping, burn fat and strengthen your muscles. Our pilates workout class will be broken down to equally target and strengthen your Abs, Arms, Obliques and Legs and will be accompanied by a five minute stretch at the end. We always cue to the most intense version of the movement and then modify accordingly to fit all levels.
What is CoreStretch?
50 minute customized workout on our resistance based Pilates exercise machine, The CoreFormer. Expect 25 minutes of High Intensity, Low Impact movements that will sculpt your body, get your heart pumping, burn fat and strengthen your muscles accompanied with 25 minutes of Deep Stretching. Although this pilates workout class primarily targets your Abs, Obliques and Arms, you will be reminded throughout the workout that a strong CORE incorporates your lower body. We highly recommend taking a CoreFormer class before attending your first CoreStretch Class.
