Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a form of Low Impact Cardio that focuses on Speed, Strength, and Power. This will sculpt your body, get your heart pumping, burn fat and strengthen your muscles. This machine is designed to move with you and is targeted to increase your endurance as well as strengthen your Abs, Arms, Obliques, and Legs to help build healthy, beautiful, balanced bodies. For an intense, real Pilates session that will work up a sweat, this is the class for you.
